The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Legal Acts of Ukraine (re the Use at the Full Extend the Functions of the State Supervision for Nuclear and Radiation Safety)

The legal act envisages the amendments to the article 244-12 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative violations and article 25 of the Law "On Use of Nuclear and Radiation Weapon and Radiation Safety".

According to the Law, General State Inspector on Nuclear and Radiation Safety of Ukraine is nominated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The corresponding Bill is registered under №3017.
